Calibration Systems from Pfeiffer Vacuum

To cover the majority of applications, Pfeiffer Vacuum has developed two calibration systems - Basic and Pro system. For static and dynamic calibration, both are easy to use, flexible, chamber ISO/TS 3567- compliant, with a calibration range 1.013 – 10-4 hPa, and DAkkS-certified reference gauges. Pro has up to 5 reference gauges for higher accuracy.
