Pfeiffer Vacuum rotary vane pumps can be supplied with two different pump systems: The single-phase HenaLine and UnoLine Plus pumps cover an inlet pressure range of 1,000 to approximately 0.5 hPa. The two-stage DuoLine, Pascal and PentaLine pumps, which come with a standard pumping system, have an extended inlet pressure range in high vacuum of up to 5 · 10-3 hPa.
